Maghiel, We have OOC chat channels in our fleet which we all socialize in and then most of us do try to stay in character for roleplaying sessions as well. You need a mix of both in any game atmosphere. Not sure what you mean by green in terms of fleet. Are you saying you haven't really participated in a fleet before?
