Looking for casual but RP fleet

Hello all,
I am looking for a fleet to join.
I am a casual player, but generally I can be found playing STO at least a few hours per day. While I am a casual player, I DO like to be/stay in role when playing, and I would definatly like that of the fleet I would join.
Any fleet matching my requirements open for recruitment?
