Two things to throw into the ring. Those Ships are no T7 as a Tier upgrade would include another BOff power so yes those Ships are T6-U or T5-U+. Missed opportunity imho. The Support Frigates should use the Vanguard Wing mechanic instead of the regular super random pet system. So in the End the Jem Carrier will be the closest thing to an actual support carrier as you have some control of at least a few pet powers.

Well the Cardi bits are the only reason i consider the pack at all i don't care for the Ugly T6 Jem Ships at all especialy because only a Dominion toon can fly em. The thing that still holds me back is that i can roll a Cardi as part of the Romulan Republic.

Add Cardis to the Romulan Republic not to FrED or KDF. I would rather play a Cardassian that helps Romulans to get back on their feet and in the process ending up with Star Fleet, then having to bend over and join that oppressive Regime the Federation is.

Nope Cardies are supposed to go if at all to the Republic after all the Romulans are the only Faction they had beyond relative good relations too. Would love to see a resurgence of Cardi Ships with Battle Cloak as in DS9. Or something new like a Cross Faction Covert Ops Agency "Emerald Order" anyone?

No the problem is not because you use outdated Drivers it is because you use to new Drivers. Yeah if this Patch is again not Fixing the Romulan Comand FPS Issues that does also come up on Risa it would be beyond disapointing. Todays Patch still did not get rid of the bad FPS. Romulan command still is about ~20+ FPS VSync OFF. Before S10 i always had atleast ~60 FPS.

The DX11 branch has been added to STO because of Neverwinter iirc a older DEV comment. And for Neverwinter it was supposed not to improve Performance or add flashy GFX but for tesselation.
