Thanks cryptic for TRIBBLE up another update. All three computers get the black screen and all have different video cards.

We got this issue as well tonight. There is no way around it and have retried the mission again. Same ending issue.

It was nice but when we got home they where all gone, which is sad, my wife is a breast cancer survive and a disabled vet, and she got excited about seeing this and was going to buy one for each of of us. Then they where gone and now she feels like TRIBBLE cause she had to work. Cryptic should think things like this…

Well the wife's computer can not get past launcher. Even tried to by-pass launcher and it still crashes. Another loving freaking day from day break. They always have to break something every day.

Yep, where having the same issue. Says launch server can not be reached. Pinged the server and got no response. Got to love it.

Yes, it would have been nice if the sale was during non-working hours, but they are lazy and just through things out there. I'll go watch a move and grab a drink for everyone who had to work. This one is for you real workers. :)

This just happen also on the wife's computer. It is messing with the Windows 7 OS for sure. We have advance care pro and nothing is showing up but it has screwed up the OS system somehow. We have the latest updates on all drivers so that's not the issue either. Though reloading direct X might be the problem if they didn't…

Well now after all this time I've started to crash at the patching. Seems that the new patch failed to fix this for me as well. It tells me that Cryptic doesn't care about people who are paying the bills. My game store has 23 paying accounts and STO is close to being removed. Neverwinter is not this bad.

First it was the fish tank now it's poor Morn with traders. I think Cryptic needs a few lessons in equal play items. Yes, it seems that after they did a major patch two weeks ago things have gotten worse. Until yesterday is was just here or there but like tonight it happen about 9 times and does them really close in groups. Can be a big pain.
