Since you mention it is the Romulan bundle I assume it is the old T5U…
Yeah, I like cruisers, too. They do feel lazy to play. My advanced escort is doing alright. I'm still rusty to game play. So, it's taking some time to get back into the swing of things. Unfortunately, I won't be buying a ship anytime soon.
What kind of cannons and torpedo is that? I still can't tell by looking at the thumbnail for them. I'm guessing antiproton heavy dual cannons and turrets.
My captain is tactical. She flies an advanced escort with blue quality antiproton beam arrays and a purple ancient omni-directional beam array. The ship also has 3 piece breen set(deflector, shield, and engines), obelisk subspace rift warp core for that 2 piece set. Ground is getting better. Should I farm the nakhul or…
I've done this. I'm asking for examples of which buffs to place on a tray that will be executed by a keybind, or multiple trays with certain combinations of skills. My fingers don't work so well these days.
I'd like to see a T6 DHC build, no fleet or rep(still working on currency and building rep). As far as ship, any T6 ship that would perform well with this kind of build, Fed or any faction can use currently in Z-store. I'm looking for "entry level" that can be built upon. Captain is tactical.
I'm glad I found this. I was about to ask the same basic question. I've just returned and need to level to the new level cap. I don't have any special boffs other than the borg engineer. I'm looking for a basic setup I can use with any captain that will generally get the job done, just composition and maybe boff skills.…
He made some good points. I agree with his concepts, but the reason I liked using a keybind is because of the pain in my joints. Moving my hands and fingers around a lot gets painful after a while.
Oh, ok. I'll do that. Know of any cheap builds to get me started? I found 80k build, but there's a lot I don't have readily available. Thinking about just starting a new character. I have so much to relearn and plenty of new stuff to learn.
After going through all my characters, I've found one with a T6 ship - the Breen Rezreth Dreadnought Cruiser. I completely forgot I had it. It's on a tac captain.
That was helpful for me. Just a couple questions. Why not have EptS in tray 7? Just difference in playstyle? And, could you post a link to your setup on Star Trek Online Academy?
That's interesting. I've never looked at it that way. EptA instead of EptS? I see what you mean about the shields being junk. I'll give it a go and see how things work out.
The reason I made the request is I'm by no means an expert at this game. I haven't even done any endgame in my year or so of on and off playing. Only gotten one character to level 50 and that was an engineer with the aid of The Hilbert Guide. Science is a whole new world for me and I'm still learning things from the other…
If I do 100 weapons and 50 shields or engines it seems like my hull and shield healing is TRIBBLE. I don't have that problem while playing one of federation or kdf characters.
One more thing - What sort of power settings should I use on my ships? I always modified them slightly but they aren't the same on romulan ships as other ships.
