That was helpful for me. Just a couple questions. Why not have EptS in tray 7? Just difference in playstyle? And, could you post a link to your setup on Star Trek Online Academy?

You don't want to waste EPS by spamming it with the assault. One keybind is for offense and the other for defense. I don't have any Acadamy stuff up, yet.

This isn't a good build, especially for new players. You seem to have trouble w/Red Alert Borg 6 lvls lower than you. You should be melting them in an escort.

Any new player go to shipyards to see better builds or join a decent fleet.

It's a point in the right direction, not some uber elite build for pvp nuts or people who can't sleep if they did not clear infected space in under 5 minutes. It's a decent build that is easy to operate, built of affordable items, and very survivable in pve.

Using another account to be rude? You should use your time to learn more about builds.

so just a lil feed back this build is very poor for pve and would never work in pvp,
i i would recommend dropping that awful tray 7 spam you willl learn how to stack buffs much better if you activate them manually...or at least limit what you have on there.

have left a pve build here for you to look at

    http://skillplanner.stoacademy.com/?build=newpe_0

so the only doffs that are a must have are

    http://sto.gamepedia.com/Specialization:_Damage_Control_Engineer

edit: i only put fleet AP cos it was easy to do so but you can use any weapons you like with crtd mods
