Ok, so I tried all the fixes to this issue and none worked. I figured I would try a clean install. So I remove the old version of the game and it tells me that I must download Arc. So I do and set it up. Then I try and run Arc and get a constant server timed out message every time I try and run it. The game seemed to…
First Contact Missions bugged: After accepting the mission and going to the required area and beginning the mission when you beam into the conference room Jiro tells you to contact your bridge officer to be briefed. When you accept this option (the only one given) nothing happens and you cannot progress any further in the…
I am having the same issue and have had for some time I come back and try it every so often to see if they have fixed it and alas they haven't. No bridge officer pops up so cannot complete this mission :(
I have been gaming for a lot of years and have seen this idea brought forth many times and in a few games implemented. What generally happens is that the company likes said idea and implements it not in the fashion it was proposed but one that fits their needs. Then they chose a company rep who in turn picks several…
I patched the new build and hit engage. The Cryptic load screen comes up and then it goes to the LOR load screen after a while it gives the message This Server Currently Unavailable. The server status light is green on my log in screen so why am I getting this message?
This happened to me as well but it was in the third and final room. No enemies left and the requirement was unfulfilled. I also had a glitch here where mobs from the command center of the facility/ship were coming through the door into the lab but the door would not open for me. I think this may be a bleed through effect…
I was logged in to tribble and in the middle of play when I got disconnected. Tried to relaunch the game and the launcher wouldn't load. Tried the fix of downloading the newest launcher and it failed as well. It is really frustrating can anyone help?
First off, when TOS aired and Star Trek was merely just another TV show, the technobabble wasn't a very big concern of the writers and producers who were trying to write and produce a show that would get network sponsors to purchase blocks of advertising space. (oh no, reality check ). They never thought the show…
I don't think $125 is too bad a price for all of that. I mean I used to play WoW and it cost me $50 for the game, another $50 for each expansion (3 I purchased) and $15/month to play for 5 years. I spent $200 just to get the game on my computer and another $900 to play it for $1100 total. I started playing STO when it went…
I have always looked at it this way, Star Fleet is a huge organization. The Federation is vast. It is hundreds of worlds each with billions of people spread out over hundreds of light years. You don't really see it in the shows or even the movies but the number of ships needed to patrol the discovered worlds and borders…
