I am having the same issue and have had for some time I come back and try it every so often to see if they have fixed it and alas they haven't. No bridge officer pops up so cannot complete this mission :(

I patched the new build and hit engage. The Cryptic load screen comes up and then it goes to the LOR load screen after a while it gives the message This Server Currently Unavailable. The server status light is green on my log in screen so why am I getting this message?

This happened to me as well but it was in the third and final room. No enemies left and the requirement was unfulfilled. I also had a glitch here where mobs from the command center of the facility/ship were coming through the door into the lab but the door would not open for me. I was logged in to tribble and in the middle of play when I got disconnected. Tried to relaunch the game and the launcher wouldn't load. Tried the fix of downloading the newest launcher and it failed as well. It is really frustrating can anyone help?
