Crash, Only on Romulan Character, HELP!!!

So, I have this issue where my Romulan character enters the Romulan Command Center and then when he gets near the DOFF vendor, the Game crashes. The message I get is as follows:

Corrupt pig file detected

Texture_Library/Environment/1_Interior_Kits/Rom_Ship_Interior_Custom/Rom_Ship_S8_Labratory_Base_01_
Normal.Wtex:

Then repeats itself two more times.

I then can no longer log the Romulan in if I do I get the same message. I deleted one character and restarted another Romulan and got to the same point where when walking into the room it happened again on the assignment to get your first crew compliment. It only happens on my Romulan character.

    I read through the help section and tried the Force Verify solution and it didn't work.

    I'm also having issues with the game crashing on my Romulan character. I noticed you said you tried force verify but it didn't work? Did it output any files such as hog_errors and force_verify. Perhaps if it did and you post the output someone with more knowledge than me can help you pinpoint the problem.

    I deleted the hogg files that were giving me the errors, and then did a "force verify" files, and I was able to play my Romulan character. The files that are giving you errors should be listed in the hogg_errors text file outputted when there are errors. It should give you the path and file names. Go and delete those. example file name: texture.hogg. Then run "force verify" again. So "force verify," look to see if there's a file called hogg_errors. If so open it, check the errors for the file names, delete those files (not: STO cannot be running while you delete these), open STO back up and do another force verify.
