cardassian intel sci....added another 10% exotic damage console. comes out to a nice 100% bonus all together

check out ToW2...active fleet...we just started our last colony upgrade so we will have a complete starbase.

I have 1 Klingon. Maxed out on fleet creds, maxed rep. sys, 10 sets of various energies all epic centered around a science build. I tried a secondary starfleet character but with all the work now i gave up. I am happy with 1. Fleet building keeps me busy enough.

I like the breen gear. i only use the helmt on my klingon. the hard part was choosing the visor colour...need to look good also.

fix the fleet pistols so they dont look like sniper rifles, change the academy so its not so desolate.

i use solonae and command...one the deflectors has a nice EXP and ctrl boost and the others have some nice shielding and allows the aux power to go to 130

OP..u do know the PvEs were crashing for some people right? how long would we have to wait for that patch to come? some things just need to get fixed...

http://sto.gamepedia.com/Fleet_Skill_Boost so..if a sci buff is +8...what is that applied to? shields for example..its adds 8 to max shield amount? +8 shield regeneration?

dave this isnt what i am asking about...i want info on the sci buff you buy from the quartermaster at the fleet starbase. thanks
