Discovery Klingon???

So, been absent for a while, and I want to know: are there still no Disc Klinks?
Or ships, weapons, ...?

Thank you.
Klingons don't get drunk.
They just get less sober.

You can't play as a Disco Klink but there are Disco Klink ships and weapons and a costume

There is a lot of ships, space weapons and there is a pack with a DSC Klingon Boff, but they are still not playable chars, yet

There are various disco style disruptors from lockboxes (x-linked disruptors), advanced disruptors from the DSC D7 (doff/RnD promotion) and if I'm not mistaken DSC klingon ships can drop standard dis weapons with the DSC visuals like the x-linked have. There is also a DSC klingon Bat'leth from a mission but it's nothing to write home about.

As for ships, pretty much all klingon ships released in the last couple months or so are from DSC (2 cruisers, 3 escorts and 1 sci ship in the c-store and the sarcophagus + the cleave ship in lockboxes).

As for the klinks themselves, I wouldn' be surprised if they'd put the those into the tailor once the DCS arc is done with.

    Edit:
There's also a DSC klingon boff in the c-store that unlocks the uniform we see in season 1. Neat but nothing that great either.

Yup, we pretty much have everything but playable disco klingons at this point.. and I suspect that ship has already sailed.

As others have said, we currently have almost everything but the Discovery Klingon appearance. We have ships, space weapons, Bat'leth, and at least the T'Kuvma armor. We're missing the ground weapons and species appearance options.

I wouldn't be surprised if we also get the Discovery Andorian, Tellarite, and Saurian appearances too. And hopefully more Discovery era House armors. They did say something about wanting to make those.

Discovery Saurians were mentioned to be coming to the game in a livestream a few months ago, and I vaguely remember a dev mentioning they wanted to do Disco klinks(but nothing concrete like they were working on it, I only remember Disco Saurians being confirmed)

given how bad the saurians look in STO if Discovery improves their look I'd be all for them just replacing the old ones

There's the Bat'leth but that's the only DSC klingon ground weapon avaible atm, none of the energy weapons are avaible.

Which is unfortunate, as they don't look too bad. (Well, they fit the aesthetic, at any rate, such as it is.) Although the mission on the Priors ice moon does make me wonder when we'll get certain other weapons, like, say, a pair of ushaan'tor...?

When it comes to Klingon ships for these new shows or disco for that matter they really need to like let cryptic make them so that what they have to make coming out doesn't look like a toilet plunger or toothbrush from every angle.

The Klingon weapons from DSC look like weapons the Spectrals had in the paper and dice Living Steel game. Personally I think they would look rather silly in STO, especially if they oversized enough to make out the details.

Well with Discovery going to the 32nd Century, there is not much chance for new Klingons.

    Ugh...
    Black Frakkin Metal ftw.
And a bit of Death Metal, something cool, like Poly-Deutonic Alloy or similar.
    Nothing too exotic. :P

Not going to be any focus in the game. Remember, shiney metal ball syndrome. They won't devote the resources.
