If you are referring to my team, nobody had RSP 3. And like was said, MANY things can counter an A2B FaW team. Heck even the latest gravity well + scramble sensors craze does a very good job at it. But I guess its true, those who can counter, those who can't whine.

Another idea is to move your mail window so that the "delete" button is right under where the confirmation button will pop up. All you do then is primary click your mouse many many times. Logged into champions online a couple days ago to delete my sto mail, it was a real pain, but it can be done.

Fed side I know you have to accept the mission "Neutral Zone Diplomacy" which allows you to talk to wildman on k7. KDF side not sure, just kinda worked for me

ya, I can imagine it being tough to deal with in a Defiant. My Odyssey can normally handle it, but it's not fun. From what I know of the combat log program (never used it), it uses an in-game command to output the combat log to a file. It then reads that file after the fact. So honestly, I can't imagine that breaking any TOS.
