I actually always found ground play to be the most even playing ground when it came to the classes. As a healer on the ground i'm actually useful and can hold my own against a tactical player... might not kill them. But they can't kill me one on one either. In PvE a well balanced team of 3 tactical an engineer and a…
Many of the lower level ships are "refitted" as T5 or T6 ships within Fleet shipyards that people in Fleets can buy if their fleet is capable of "producing" them.
The miranda for sure and conceivably any version of the connie in 2409/10 would be retrofitted and judging by how many miranda's we seen blow up in the Dominion War new constructions since, meaning they likely redid the ships to some extent without bothering with a completely new design. The only one they might redo, as…
In case you're wondering what level we are it's at 56 and well provisioned on the Fed side and 52 one the Klingon side. I'll edit the main post eventually.
I would like to get further into that 50-60 area too without running out of missions. I much prefer going through the story missions to get there over mindlessly grinding.
The internet is a tricky place to impose regulations as often the laws were written with no thought of the internet or even before it's existence. Plus you get the public involved politically about it since people often don't want regulation to apply... unless it explicitly benefits them. And honestly I was thinking mostly…
It does seem a bit odd. Usually most organizations and companies adhere to whatever they advertised even if it was in error. If you don't you risk losing customer loyalty, it's just simply a standard business practice. If it was broken why didn't they remove it? Oh well, not that big of a deal to me, I was just looking…
Honestly in most environments you go with what is advertised its good business practise to keep credibility amongst your customers. Infact in Canada by law you must do what is advertised and enforced by the competition bureau. It is not the customers fault for expecting an advertisement to be true, it is the company's…
I mean if you would prefer a science ship why not go with the new Krenim one, or even the temporal science ship? (yes technically fed but its design is different from the typical)
I rolled a new character a while back and it seemed to me that the borg were hilariously underpowered. Which mission is it specifically? The only things I can think of off the top of my head is to up your weapons powers to kill them faster make sure you're moving around so that they aren't shooting just one shield facing.…
Sorry that we we were unable to get the sto mail to work. We tried to contact there as quickly as possible but perhaps the game mail is broken due to launch. However we now have a means to communicate with you on our website. So hopefully this situation can be resolved.
Another two points, being said I understand the difficulties associated with the suggested changes. Rom FED/KDF can team together... We are all Romulans, it just so happens some of us are our military liaisons to the FED or KDF, all of us are allies to both. Also Rom FED/KDF should be able to trade with one another.
As what others have said, More Science ships, and imperial uniform options.(They already have them made...just add them to the C-Store) Also I would like to see Romulan STF gear, that would be really cool. Also editing the older FE missions like another said to make sense from a Romulan perspective.
I think the concept is pretty cool. However I think it would be rather resource intensive. Perhaps if they did one of these every once in a blue moon that would be cool. I would certainly make a very serious star trek experience.
Joining a fleet is the best idea for having fun in-game! 2nd Fleet has an active PvP and STF squads that you may enjoy. And dedicated PvP events with ourselfs and against other fleets. We have about 50 active members; this is actually an advantage I would say as you can quickly get to know everyone. Some of us have been…
I'm not sure that they would need to re-write the early missions. Because as far as the story is Concerned those missions happen after one another. All they would have to do is explain why the war has now ended at end game. Perhaps have an episode that shows a peace treaty. As far as queue ups such as NWS, it features…
So now that Season 8.5 has been live for a while I would like to shout out and say that it is over all fairly interesting. The story was fun, building off what we already know and pushing further. Me personally I predict an end to the Klingon/Federation war. Its nearly to the point where captains would need to carry a…
