I tried as well. On my Win7 system the game CTDs before getting past the Cryptic load screen to the LoR load screen. On WinXP it crashes just as it says connecting to account server. I just ran a KDF through the entire Undine chain. I can confirm that the loot tables for that entire series are FUBAR. All Mk IX and Mk X rewards. All level 40 gear. I would laugh, a lot, if it turns out to be a shuttle. As far as I can remember there's never been a shuttle reward for one of these events. It kind of looks shuttle-like anyway.

How does downloading Tribble make the later upgrade easier? Mine is in it's own directory separate from Holodeck. Do/Will I need to copy files over to make the patch smaller? How does this work? Which files etc. (I hate waiting for big patches, anything to make it faster is good)
