Basically any ship that doesn't have a regular or battle cloak (eg. an enhanced or scimitar cloak) seems to not get the full effect of this trait, even though they used to.

I just noticed that the Aquarius pet gives the level 3 buff. It's possible these 2 consoles are tagged backwards. I'd expect the Aquarius to count as a frigate and the chevron to count as a saucer.
I'm very disappointed by all of the missions where there's an environmental hazard that automatically forces you into a space suit, where before you didn't *need* a space suit to survive the mission. This mess happens to me when the game forces me into another ship. I get ground traits in space slots and other things that aren’t even traits listed in trait slots
Interlaced Emitters is also not properly triggered by all shield healing BOFF abilities. Align Shield Frequences is a direct shield heal but it does not trigger Interlaced Emitters.
Trauma Responses isn't the only trait that Align Shield Frequencies should trigger. Align Shield Frequences also does not trigger Interlaced Emitters, the UED ship trait.
I think this is happening to the Legendary Verity Dreadnought also. I noticed my Yellowstones were almost a minute to launch when I was playing today even though my aux power was 100.
I know the general issue has been around much longer than load outs. I specifically posted because it wrecks saved load outs too. A saved load out should reset everything to the load out, but the slots get cleared in the load out too.
I'm also suffering from this bug. I've tried it twice and I get to the big battle clearing the hall and then it doesn't advance after I take down everyone.

Regrettably, the same "Nuqneh" typo appears in the second mission from Garku, but the voice acting also pronounces it wrong. In the previous mission the voice acting pronounced the "H" correctly.
I'm really frustrated that it's character bound. I'm fine with 1 per account, but I'd like to at least hand it to the right character. I've gotten so used to account bound items in this game that I was genuinely shocked that this item wasn't account bound.
