Shield Starship Traits not functioning

The Starship Traits "Interlaced Emitters", "Ingenious Tenacity", and "Backup Shield Batteries" do not work as intended. Interlaced Emitters does not give any immunity to shield drains, but its other effects seem to work. Ingenious Tenacity's incoming healing from enemy fire is not correctly scaling, or does not work altogether. Upon activation of the ability, incoming damage will only be converted into a small amount of healing that is extremely weak. Backup Shield Batteries states that when using a drain power, it will fully restore a depleted shield facing, however when activating, it only restores about 1/10th of that actual facing, and will do so every time.

    Interlaced Emitters is also not properly triggered by all shield healing BOFF abilities. Align Shield Frequences is a direct shield heal but it does not trigger Interlaced Emitters.
