Enhanced Cloaking Integration Broken On Some Ships

My Romulan character has the trait Enhanced Cloaking Integration. Prior to this morning it worked fine. This morning I noticed problems on 2 ships.
On my Legendary Scimitar I get the ship speed bonus when I activated cloak, but when I decloak I do not receive the weapon haste buff.
On my Legendary Valdore I do not get the ship speed bonus when I activate cloak, but when I deactivate my cloak I do receive the weapon haste buff.
I tested on the Janeway Class and I receive both bonuses--it works properly. I know the trait used to work properly on my ships as recently as a couple weeks ago.

Legendary T’Liss does not receive the speed boost when cloaking but does receive the weapon haste buff when decloaking
Praetor command Warbird receives both bonuses
Legendary D’deridix received both bonuses
It was not originally broken when I used my event campaign box specifically to get the Janeway class for this trait for my Romulan. Nothing in any descriptions ever said it was supposed to not work fully when used with certain kinds of cloaks. I cloak and I uncloak I should be getting both bonuses.
