When you're looking for specified skills it's helpful though... at least I know the circumstances I'm using my skills, so I can interpret the numbers ;) And BO3 is a skill I never missed in any serious build since my first arena :)

Well, thb I never noticed any ACC problems with my BO3, unless my target is running EptE/APO/Evasive, if I fire it manually. And as long as the BO(3) is ACCx3 driven... my hitrates are approximately 80-85% over all, and a nuked target is barely missed. So I can't say that there are any BO-ACC Problems... but don't forget…

Normally my BOs blow you away with a single hit. I dont use and need BO chains, a single BO3 is enough. For cruisers and escorts. :) What if you're getting nuked while this proc is killing your hull resistances?
