Not really, the special pack you receive if purchased within the promotion period will still have the bonus if you open it after the promo ends. The packs in the store will revert back to ones with no bonus.

They are 15% off and that matches the discount they had during their opening weekend when the 15% Charge Bonus was running.

We do different promotions at different times throughout the year. This one happened to be for a specific group of players.

We just did a login event leading into the Anniversary Season release that rewarded all players.

The bonus reward has not been sent yet. We had to gather the information of those that got the original email and then qualified for the bonus reward. We hope to have this sent out later today but that is pending the receipt of the last bit of info we need to send it. Thanks for your patience.

This promotion turned on at the same time as the 15% Charge Bonus Promo. So, if you bought your ZEN through the Arc Games client or website while the 15% Charge Bonus was running, or even after because this First-Time Buyer Rewards system is still running, then you qualified and get the package.

Everyone is eligible and treated on equal footing for this new reward. You are still eligible to receive the reward, just like someone who has never bought before, by making a purchase of ZEN.

The 15% Charge Bonus ended at 9am PST this morning, according to schedule. You did get the First-Time Buyer Pack because that promotion is continuing with no current end date.

It is a technical issue that prevents us from making Steam ZEN purchases count for this. We're not even sure it can be overcome. Actually, there are quite a few games in the industry that do something like this.

The Shuttle box itself is character bound. However, when you open it and unlock the shuttle it unlocks for your whole account!

You are still eligible, you just need to purchase zen now to get the package added to your account.

In this particular case, the items will not be bound because the keys are bound.

No, a previous purchase before 9am today does not qualify. But if you buy zen now it would qualify you and you would get the package.

You can send in a ticket to support and they can look into it.

Update, purchases of Zen through Steam do not qualify for this pack. If you made a purchase of zen on steam between 9am - 12pm PST today then you can send in a support ticket and our CS team can activate the package for you if they can verify your purchase.

Nothing disappears after 15 mins. It can take up to 15 mins for the package to appear in your Promotions section of the C-Store for you to claim. It stays there.

It is not retroactive for purchases made before 9am today. But any Captain, even if they purchased before, that charges zen for STO after 9am today will qualify for the pack and have it applied to their account.
