The first time a Captain purchases ZEN for Star Trek Online through Arc Games web page or Arc Client starting today, they will be able to claim one new First Time Buyer Pack in the Promotions section of the C-store. With our current 15% Bonus to ZEN, Captains should definitely take advantage of this opportunity!
Do people who have a LTS or have acquired zen through the Peanut Labs Survey still qualify to receive this pack?
Despite the title I read the text and hoped it meant that the first time you buy zen during the 15% off promotion, but I'm guessing that's not the case since I never received my pack. It might not hurt to put a disclaimer that reads "If at any point in the last 5 years you have purchased Zen or C-Store points, you're not eligible" and also clarify the LTS and Peanut Labs surveys
