It was bad yesterday, it's worse today. Can't go more than a minute or two without server errors.

I also support a memorial of some sort to Spock, either on Vulcan, New Romulus or at Starfleet Academy.

I figured, but it still would be nice for them to spread the downtime around, rather than always have it affect the same people.

I just logged in and am getting non STO music, it's some kind of rock music and I can't turn it off without muting all audio in the game. Anybody else having this issue?

If it worked before, it can work again. Obviously Cryptic doesn't fix things immediately. The clones on the bridge error proved that. But it doesn't mean that the issue shouldn't continue to be raised with them so that they hopefully get things fixed.

I, for one wish that they'd choose a different time or at least vary up the times so that they can TRIBBLE people more evenly and not just the same people every time. pwebranflakes any chance for a comment on when the Bridge Officers/Department Heads glitch will finally be fixed?

I was very disappointing to see the release notes for tomorrow and this was not mentioned. Yet the horrifying problem of tints being off on some romulan uniforms is being resolved. Priorities FAIL.

This glitch is really annoying, somehow it seems to be living at the bottom the repair list since it's been going on so long. I like that locking function for the department heads mentioned above. also wish they would fix the bridge area so that you can select a chair/station and select yourself which Bridge Officer goes…

I was thinking the same thing about the insane amount of time it took for them to fix the clones problem. That was just embarrassing. Really hope they get this on the next update.

I have this bug too and it's a real annoying one. I've got plenty of Bridge Officers, whom I set up specifically, yet the game is tossing in the same Andorian Science Officer and the same Vulcan Engineer at all the stations. Fix it on the next update, guys.

While the team is working to bring up all Cryptic services, we will conduct this week's Holodeck maintenance to avoid scheduled downtime on Thursday. Geez guys, try to not make promises that you can't keep.

Having this problem too for a couple of days now. Super annoying! The game is unplayable. I'm also in Nor Cal, using Comcast. Whomever needs to fix this, get to work!

*Sigh* Still no comment on this. I like how the devs responded quickly to users questioning their existence, but haven't so much as said "We're working on it" on this.

^ Not to mention that there are 3-4 other threads on this topic. Not even saying "We know! Give us some time! Be patient!" means that whoever is paid to watch these forums is asleep at the keyboard, or just doing other things instead of dealing with customer concerns.

Yeah, that's really inexcusable. It's F- level customer service to not comment by now. Somebody finally commented on the exchange issues today, maybe if we're lucky, we'll hear something by October at this rate.

I haven't done anything on the tholian bridge yet, but typically, there's another room set aside to do the tasks. The TOS Constitution interior doesn't have a ready room, but I remember going to the Captains Quarters on the crew deck and doing what was needed there.
