When are the Bridge/Duty Officer glitches gonna finally be fixed?

I think we've really crossed the point of insanity on some of these glitches that have been going on for at least 4 months, I think closer to 6. (please somebody tell me if I'm right/wrong, really hope I'm wrong)

On your bridge, if you go to it, you should see your Bridge Officers whom you've assigned to stations and the overflow should come from your remaining bridge officers, not generic NPC's that don't match your crew. (the solution to this should be that you can actually select which Bridge officer goes in which spot)

Beaming down to a planet, having to reset the Bridge officers stations.

Department heads in the duty officer system constantly resetting.

These have been going on for months and I've never seen a mention of a fix. Anybody got one or have heard that they're even working on them?

It's been like that ever since LoR launched.

Deal with it. Cryptic won't do a thing about it if its not gamebreaking or doesn't involve players' money in any way.

And soon they'll have a batch of brand new bugs coming live with Season 8. They didn't bother to fix many bugs reported during previous Tribble Tests, so you can only imagine what will happen with only a small portion of playerbase actually allowed to test the newest stuff...

If it worked before, it can work again. Obviously Cryptic doesn't fix things immediately. The clones on the bridge error proved that. But it doesn't mean that the issue shouldn't continue to be raised with them so that they hopefully get things fixed.

If they can't find a way to charge for it on the C-$tore, don't expect it to be high on the priority list, if at all.

They haven't even fixed the KDF uniform color matching bug (which is also now afflicting the Romulan characters) from launch 3 years ago.

I have Reman BOFFs on a KDF aligned Romulan that are missing some of the native Reman uniform options, do not get the KDF Alliance uniform options at all, and have Fed Alliance uniform options that they cannot equip.

We might see some bug fixes after Season 8 hits, but don't hold your breath.

So it's not just me then.

For a while the bug seemed to be fixed. I don't know if that was just random or if Cryptic put some effort into it. But now that the bug is back it is even more annoying than before since it's obviously something that can be corrected.

Did you notice it seemed to be fixed during the CE event?

I didn't really think about it until afterward, but I changed my BOff setups to get TB on all my characters for the event. I haven't changed any of them back, but today I beamed down to New Romulas with my Romulan, and when I beamed back up my BOffs were unassigned and I had no Department Head again.

And the device slots not holding seemed to get worse - you know, you have a few hypos or something on the ground, quick throw some shield regens in there after the hypos are gone and then realize you can't use them because they're not on the power bar. Even switching stupid tribbles is now doing this. Soooooo annoying. :mad:
