The T5U Tac Odyssey is actually one of the better cruisers in the federation lineup right now with 4 tac consoles, lt com and ens universal stations and all 4 cruiser commands. It's on a similar level to the Assault cruiser and even the Command cruisers.
The tier 5U Odyssey is actually very similar to the command cruisers (minus the command stuff). The trait from the tactical command cruiser is pretty good, but you can use that on the Odyssey too. DPS wise, they should be very similar, the tac oddy has the same console layout as the tac command cruiser and you can use the…
My friends have more or less stopped running most PVE queues. The last ISA I've done was several days ago. We left the match after the first transformer because half the people in the team were getting motion sickness from the rubberbanding.
You can't throw rocks as a player gorn, but you can get a trait which gives you a pretty nasty bite attack. Plus grab the formal outfits from the C store and have him rocking a suit, it's pretty amazing. My Main KDF character is a gorn. The last few characters I've made have been 'Aliens' because of what you can do with…
Wow that sucks. I just checked and yeah, my Mk XII [Ac/Dm] [CrtD]x2 [Dmg] [Pen]] has the same base damage as my Mk XII [CrtD]x3]. Unless Pen works there wasn't any point in getting the new one.
Trolling and flaming aside, using onions to reference the fleet without even naming them is pretty crafty. Now we eat popcorn while we wait for the lock.
Ok people, get ready and take screenshots/copy paste your favorite posts because I see this thread getting nuked. People seem to be trying to troll themselves, and mentioning troll fleets that haven't even said anything here (talk about paranoia). It was nice talking to you all.
The fact that this seems to be supported by their fleet leadership shows the caliber of their fleet. I would like to be corrected here, but this is something that has been happening for a while now.
Names censored due to naming and shaming Childish comments like this are not constructive in anyway. A little trash talk can be fun but this is well over the line. This is one of the main reasons people don't play PVP, which means it gets less dev attention. For all the work you're putting into building the community, this…
No, but they could test things on him. There was even an episode or two which had drills involving the security staff of the station trying to capture him.
The founders were at a bit of a disadvantage compared to 8472. There isn't an Undine serving under a federation captain and helping them develop technologies and tactics to counter his species, or maybe I've just fallen behind on my progress reports.
I use FAW... on tanky ships. I use it for it's intended purpose, drawing aggro and crowd control. Most of my FAW ships aren't threats in PVP unless its a 1v1 and you're a bit squishy. A lot of people are like this. I've seen FAW scimitars, but they usually sacrifice too much for the damage to kill an entire team and…
@nagrom7 TBH, I would sell the modules to get ec. I would use the ec to get some expensive boffs for my builds. My shiny new JHAS for example needs 2 attack pattern doffs who can go for >20mil each. Or I might rebuild my wells from a siphon build to a graviton build. (I got both those ships for free surprisingly enough,…
Purely because of the hype the fan base have put around this game, it will not meet their expectations. As has been stated, overhyping leaves to high expectations. Once those expectations are too high, fans are guaranteed to be disappointed. I have the cheapest backer pack there was, got me access to the game and a ship…
The transphasic chronitons in the Breach Elite were doing some crazy damage (sometimes 1 million) which was confirmed as a bug, this may be related. It could also be a stealth buff.
I have some characters to add if you still need them. There's Nagrom (my avatar pic, flies the oddy in my sig), Altas (a vorta flying a bugship on a diplomatic exchange with the federation) or Ausrid (A joined trill from the future, flies a wells.) Mail me on the forums or in game (@nagrom7) if you want more info.
If a healer puts on FBP, it acts as a deterrent of being shot, leaving them alive and able to use their heals on their team. If a sci debuffer uses FBP, it acts as a deterrent of being shot, leaving them able to continue to debuff the team. If a science orientated tactical ship uses FPB, it acts as a deterrent of being…
