Im been having the same issue for weeks now, cannot mail items between characters. And ive lost a vr mk xii anitproton console that didnt get returned from the exchange. Pointless using the tickets, they just get ignored.

I'm a new player...before playing advanced areas of the game I read the forums. It is not difficult to google STF walkthroughs. Why cannot be it a prerequisite to pass a small exam before playing STFs? Make it part of the game FFS, its not hard.
