I'm flabbergasted, it actually worked. FYI: The option may be listed as High Precision Timer depending on your motherboard. It's the same thing, and disabling it improved my performance across the game.
I've got one slot that tells me "Outfit uses invalid parts" when attempting to rename it, but won't save any changes when I attempt to edit it, no matter what I try. Two other slots refuse to accept changes, and don't even produce an error message when trying to rename them. On the upside, my KDF captain's civilian outfit…
Just to reconfirm, despite the patch on April 7th, my bridge officers are still having their ground abilities sometimes reset to default. They'll keep their assigned skills for one mission, then on the next my engineer is back to dropping cover shields in my face.
These missions seem to be working just fine. The freighters on the Eriksson system raid show up as normal. Take out the civilian escorts, disable the two freighters in front of you, then disable the other two hiding in the forcefield once the power is down. The last two are fast, though, so you need to be quick about…
Tried to fix my KDF Dyson Command Science Destroyer. Swapped ships back and forth, both in dock and using Switch Starship in sector space. Swapped bridge officers each time. Went back and forth between DS9 and sector space to try to update the ship, but to no avail. Still not able to change my 4th tactical and science BOff…
If anyone is still tracking this thread, my KDF captain's bugged costumes copy over to Tribble exactly as they are on Holodeck, if you care to look at my character file. It's Rougsea@Monkeyknig, if you want to go look.
If you're still collecting data, my KDF captain's uniforms all broke around June 2013, during the Summer event. One of my three costume slots stopped working (couldn't wear, edit, or rename), but I had the option to make a new outfit, despite thinking I only had three slots unlocked. This repeated a couple more times,…
Despite what the patch notes say, I'm not seeing anything fixed, either. I still have one costume slot that can't be worn or renamed (invalid parts) but also ignores any changes I make to it at the tailor. Two other slots likewise cannot be edited, renamed, or worn, but don't return any error message at all.
