• Best advice to give you... Transfer a character to the Tribble Test Server. Open the D'Kora Box, trick it out, try it out. Ask a friend to transfer to Tribble and try PvP with the D'Kora. After your test drive on the test server you can make an informed decision on whether to use it or not on the live server.

• Refining Dilithium should work as you log in but you must have some Dilithium Ore available. Make sure you are doing a GM Ticket and not a Bug Report. Bug Reports go into a black hole and aren't visible.
