Does anyone else have issues with his newly-bought LTS not working properly?

I bought an LTS on Friday (00:28 German time, so it may look like Thursday to Cryptic). The money was drawn correctly from my bank account. I can, obviously, select the Career officer title from the menu, and my bank and inventory slots have been increased. I also have access to the account bank. I can also create a Liberated Borg captain.

But neither can I access the Captain's table, nor does my Dilithium refine automatically. This may seem minor, but it indicates some problems. Does anyone else experience similar stuff?


I have opened two tickets about this in-game, but they don't even show up in the ticket list.
Remember, STO is nothing but a cosmetics game, where only the rule of cool matters. The game mechanics are intentionally out of balance, don't try to "optimize" anything, as it would just frustrate you.

    RE: Captains Table.

    You need to claim Classified Access Codes from your ingame C-Store under Legacy Unlocks tab. Once bought it will make the Aenigma Nebula have a visable outline. Fly to it and you'll get an option to warp there which holds the Captains Table.

    Edit: The Aenigma Nebula is that small purple cloud outside ESD and in Qo'Nos orbit it is near where players spawn when they beam up from the planet.

    RE: Dilithium Refinement

    I have only noticed this working in after I log in to the game having been offline for a while, it automatically refines dilithium I have laying around from the last day or so. Perhaps someone else could offer better help with this point.

    Refining Dilithium should work as you log in but you must have some Dilithium Ore available.

    Make sure you are doing a GM Ticket and not a Bug Report. Bug Reports go into a black hole and aren't visible.

    But yes, the Dil problem is with a pile of unrefined Dil I have. I can, of course, refine manually, no big deal. But stilll.... strange.

    Glad to help. Once you submit a GM Ticket they may take a couple days to get back to you. Don't let them off the hook because auto-refinement is a perk for subscribing. Good luck!
