This is true, but it doesn't diminish the validity or accuracy of all the other points ;) Yes, USCG is probably the closest contemporary equivalent in terms of a 'military'... Not what we would necessarily call a military in the 21st century, but undeniably 'military' in nature and scope of operations... B)

I have real doubts about this project ever coming to fruition... I think Marc Zicree's Space Command is further forward than TRIBBLE (and he has donors questioning where their money is being used and when anything will be released...)
