The #1 thing I want is something I've been asking for probably around 5 years now: Console emote. I want my toon to be able to type away at consoles when standing in front of them or sitting at them. The animation is already there from the interactions with consoles and stuff, so how hard would it be to just add an emote…
Doesn't make it less fun for me. Makes it possible to skip all of the TRIBBLE I have played a bunch of times already so I can just do the endgame stuff that I enjoy.
When I had 10 hours of play time, I had zero problems. The only time I've *ever* had trouble was in 2000 ish in Everquest and that was only because I was used to text only MMOs and had a hard time adjusting to moving without typing which direction. Overall, games have tooltips, tutorials, and quest text for a reason. It…
Wow. Still salty you died a bunch because you didn't move out of the way of the death ray? Hint: the cool down before the na'khul fires it again is the same as evasive maneuvers. Use it.
I don't know if anyone has mentioned it yet, but the resolution scale slider may stop at 100%, but you can crank it up a LOT higher. Turn off anti alias, then type /renderscale 2.0 That will double the texture resolution. It goes up to, I believe, 300% (3.0) and you can do it in increments like 2.5 for 250%, etc.
Sure they could, if they're not dumb. When a ship is glowing at the front and there's a big cone showing you where a blast is going to be, if you sit in that area and don't GTFO, that's your own fault. I didn't grab anything out of my account bank, and did everything in the stock ship with stock gear and I have zero…
The tooltip is screwed up. Slap them on your ship and look at it by hovering over the button to fire them(the one that shows the weapon arcs) and that will tell you the real damage it does.
Obligatory "git gud" post. Seriously. You do realize there are people that have played 1-60 in the "POS noob ship" on the hardest difficulty *FOR FUN* right? This isn't an old school MMO where you lose EXP for dying or risk losing your gear.. heck, on lowest difficulty you don't even have anything similar to a "repair…
I know that I missed the May contest, but since I don't see a June contest, I decided I'd go ahead and submit it anyway even if it won't win anything: "Orinoco standing by on runabout pad C" - Ready for a scientific exploration mission, surveying the Gamma Quadrant
No, it has not. I have not been gold since maybe the first month of F2P and I have tested every expansion except Delta Rising and this one. Got all the Tribbles to prove it.
It's weird that the B'rel would be excluded since it's all over the place in early KDF missions, and even a FED mission where you have to use a holoimager to pass as Klingon. Heck, there's even that one remastered mission where a B'rel crashed and you have to traipse through the jungle looking for survivors that has a…
I'd love to see the Breen as a playable race with the big reveal that the suits are how the Breen Confederacy keeps their people united as Breen isn't actually a species, but hundreds of species that mask their appearance and voice for a double purpose: 1) it keeps outsiders from learning about them, and 2) removes any…
I actually just watched the episode where they built the Delta Flyer again a few days ago and was thinking the same thing. It's not much different than the current interior.. just add some Captain Proton TRIBBLE and switches lol
Okay, so first you say this game would be better if designed and handled by actual Star Trek fans, then you go on to insult a ship designed BY a Star Trek fan? Come on dude. Really? (Yes, I know Cryptic decided the actual specs for it, before you backpedal.)
