STO Tribble Access

As we begin to bring Agents of Yesterday content to Tribble, only Gold and Lifetime members will have access to Tribble. Silver accounts will not be able to access Tribble while Agents of Yesterday is still under development.

Please note: all players will still have access to Redshirt to look at content that is going out to Holodeck before Agents of Yesterday.

    Ah well. We're not up to the part that matters to me yet anyway: Temporal specialization, Boff abilities, and ship seating.

    I still hope some of the older "Temporal" ships get some Ensign or Lieutenant seats swapped over to Temporal Boff seating. It'll be a crime if the Annorax is completely locked out of the new timey-whimey abilities. Ditto for the Paradox.

    Well, they re-released a few promo ships with different specialization seats, didn't they? Maybe they'll do it again for this. Lose the Intel slot, gain a Temporal slot?

    I'd favor a straight swap of the Annorax's Lt Cmdr Tac/Intel and Lt. Uni/Intel to Tact/Temporal and Uni/Temporal for fairness and thematic appropriateness. However, Cryptic could be (rightly) reluctant to disrupt existing builds on such a rare & expensive ship. In which case only swapping the Lt. Uni/Intel to Uni/Temporal might work. Even just 2 Tempoaral abilities would sate my craving for timey-whimey fun on the Annorax.

    The overpowered-but-fun alternative would be to change the Lt. Commander Universal slot to Lt. Cmdr Uni/Temporal.

    They could do what they did with the patrol escort some time ago. Players currently having the ship active experience no changes at all. Only newly claimed/gained ships come with the changes. They could offer the option to switch layouts once via drydocking and reclaiming.​​

    I think this is the right thread and topic?
    When I go to transfer a character to Tribble, I get the signup button, though I already have access to Tribble. And when I click the Sign up button, I get a 502 Bad Gateway error.
    Also I'm a current subscriber in case that info helps?

    Having the same issue, trying to transfer a toon with the Connie commissioned but can't get the site to work

    IF you already have toons on Tribble, make sure you're not over the limit.
    Try deleting an old character and see if that helps.

    Actually I deleted a Tribble character because I was going to copy over the same character again, with everything I had completed on it since the last time I copied it over. And I still got the 502 Gateway error

    ok, I'm able to get the page to load now ... but the character drop-down field is empty :(

    One of the Dev's mentioned in a recent podcast interview that they wanted to control the population for at first while they balance things out a bit. They intend to open it up to free-to-play members before they launch the Expansion though, so that everyone gets a chance to try and break things. No word as to when that is going to happen yet.

    We probably won't get to fiddle with the Temporal ships till AoY hits the HOLODECK.
    They don't usually release new purchasable ships to TRIBBLE.

    Yup. In fact, the last ship that was released for public testing was the Ar'kif, close to 2 years ago.

    I started a new toon to Test AOY on Tribble, but I can't seem to start the AoY tutorial. I'm just stuck walking around the Bridge. any Ideas? The mission appears but has no objectives.

    Edit: Nevermind. I deleted the toon and started again. The opening cinematic didn't play the first time i tried. it worked the second time. Now for some testing!

    No, it has not. I have not been gold since maybe the first month of F2P and I have tested every expansion except Delta Rising and this one. Got all the Tribbles to prove it.
