I ended up missing it because discovered the wonder that is Team Fortress 2. However, I probably wouldn't have gone, anyway, because PvP is horribly unbalanced.
It's a bit hard to have fun when you can easily get obliterated in approximately 5 seconds. It doesn't really leave much time to have fun. Also, Battle cloaks are a bit overpowered, as I've just experienced.
Well, I'm dead. Metaphorically, of course. I mean, I'm stuck with Rare Reman Impulse Engines/Covariant Shield, a Jem'Hadar Deflector Dish, MK XI Plasma weapons, and a bunch of almost random MK XI consoles. Meanwhilst, everyone else has super-duper Borg technology, and I get obliterated almost instantly. So, I tend to stay…
Yes! I've been curious about doing a Hide-and-Seek for a while now, so to hear that you're making a community event of this is rather exciting! I shall try my best to reach the event.
Oh, Good, another one! Perhaps the only sensible British timeslot won't be cancelled this time! 'Twas quite a sad moment when you said it was cancelled, because unlike 'hardcore' gamers, I'm not nocturnal and go to sleep at a reasonable time. I must say, however, I will be rather miffed if it is cancelled again.
I won't be able to play as my main character on it now, because the STF leaving ban works :/ But, to be fair, 2 people had already left, which meant we couldn't have completed, any way. EDIT: Is the ban meant to apply for all queues? Because only STFs have disappeared from the list...
Hopefully, this shall be as fun as last time! I may even be lucky enough to be on Brandon's team again. Although, it's highly improbable, knowing my luck.
Unfortunately, only nocturnal Europeans can join the second one. But I suppose you cannot please everyone. Then again, I used to go on this game that is hardly ever updated. And the admins there are not particularly fun, so it's nice to see staff joining in with the players. I should stop myself now so I don't just ramble…
