Yep that's what it was. I am now L30 and just got the first L10 ship promo. Awful design. There really should be an option to turn XP bonuses off.

100% agree. And I also don't like when I pay a company for something and they decide to take it away from me because of (insert excuse here) or they tell me "any minute now" for weeks probably just hoping I will forget about it or go away.

At least you got your badges. Mine still says "any minute now" Good to see Survivor or Romulus is still there. I was definitely not looking forward to "feddy bear badges" either.

One reason I don't post in forums. Create a new thread about something previously discussed, people jump on you for starting duplicate threads. Search for an old thread and try to reply because you want to discuss the issue, people jump on you for necroing old threads. :/

This +1 Sick of hearing my KDF allied Romulan talked to like she is a Klingon. Romulans deserve respect and the other two factions need to start respecting us and stop discriminating against us.

There just isn't enough content to allow for XP slowdowns. Levelling is pretty much a linear process that repeats the same story on every character you make. It gets old fast, but there should certainly be an option to freeze XP gains for anyone who wants to slow it down and enjoy the lower tier ships for a while. It…

Levelling is a little fast. I started an alt yesterday and am already in the 30's by only doing story missions and a few doff assignments. Would be nice to be able to freeze xp for a bit to enjoy each rank for more than a couple of hours. All they need to do is add a freeze XP consumable that you can buy at starbases.

Getting random crashes here usually when starting a mission. When I last played in March this was not happening. Somewhere there was an update in March-May that made this game a crash fest.

I was able to get in via safe mode. Before logging into a character go into options and change the display settings to DirectX 9, save and relog. I am in game now but graphics quality took a huge hit. Seems to be a DX11 issue from one of the recent updates.

Signed The hourly events were a nice distraction and kept me logged in during the week. Now I just login a few mins for doff missions and the exchange. Mostly on during the weekends now but that is getting boring fast because everyone just grinds. If not for the LTS, I would probably not log on at all anymore.

Klingons are space Vikings. Every time I watch the Vikings tv series, I keep thinking if the characters were all Klingons, this show would still make perfect sense. :)

I've always like the Ambassador class. Good combination of the old series and the new. Plus I like the bridge look from Yesterday's Enterprise. The Chimera is a very close second. Ever since my first character got one I loved it.

Romulans do need their own voice. I'd like to see STO get Carolyn Seymour for this or something Romulan. She has a great Romulan voice in my opinion. She was Commander Taris on TNG and more recently the voice of Dr Chakwas in Mass Effect.

Some more basic stuff; - a reset/clear button on the Exchange window - option to beam into all social areas with a boff companion - more KDF uniform and ship model options - better color options at the tailor especially KDF side - put the vendors and shipyard back into the captain's table

Considering the original source was a podcast from June last year, change might or might not be happening. What he said was "the biggest perk is coming in season 10." Something tied into existing rewards. Nothing really more specific than that.

/agreed There is already a way to turn zone chat off, to ignore people, and to create your own private chats, but as we can see that is not enough either.
