I finally got my Doffs at level 18. If you are not going to get the intitial officers untile level 18 or so then need to move the unlock to this point or move the initial offering to level 11 as it shows in the progression tray.

Actually in the neck armor the 2 little circles denote rank and position or specality for Klingons. The discks are usually black in enlisted, Bronze for junior officers, silver for field grade officers, and gold for flag officers. Well my launcher finally came back up, but all the servers are down so I still can't play. I guess I'll try again in a few hours if I'm still awake.

I was in the vault when I started to freeze up sputter then poof I was dropped to the log-in screen. Now I can't get in at all and the launcher will not connect. I can't tell the if the server is up or down, Some much for the stability patch this morning.

I'm having this same issue with my fleet. I also have 6 toons in my fleet and I get the same message on 3 of them and the other 3 I don't but I can't make any events with any of them.
