Tal Shiar uniform top missing texture on KDF male

So I got to the point in the story where I get to infiltrate the Tal Shiar. I go to a tailor to put on the uniform and discover that the shirt seems to be missing its texture. Its just the model with a flat, grey color.

This is on a Romulan Male, KDF allied.

    The same thing happened to me,., Rom Male , KDF faction, still the mission went on and cleared with my regular uniform on as the Tal Shiar on was either not loaded or not assigned to the tailor.

    SO

    Either the Tal Shiar have casual friday dress codes or there blinded by my style, :D

    That happens for Starfleet Romulans, too. The texture's under the Colour Configurations dropdown, for some reason.
