Same thing here in Redmond, WA. Can't login. Gets as far as letting me select a character then says Login2_Timeout.

DX11 does not crash. STO has never crashed on my machine. Have you tested your equipment to see if it may be the cause? Don't just insult the programmers.

I have to say I love the changes in Season 10. Sector space now looks and feels much much better. Kudos to all of the devs!

Forum is ok. Just don't click "Back to Game News" on the top..it will lead you to Arc Games's version of STO and that looks like a mess right now.

I have the same issue and so do so many others. I don't think fixing this bug is on top of Cryptic's list unfortunately.

This has been reported like 100 times already in a different thread. I think they know by now. Take comfort that it's not just you having this problem.

Same problem. Stuck on Rinna Khev. Just tried the mission twice. I wish this will be fixed soon.

lol! I don't think anyone is playing STO who makes around $125 a month. For many STO players that is a day's pay or less.

Thank you for keeping everyone updated even though you must be so busy. I just wish everyone would realize that what is truly important is how you respond to a problem even more so than how and when it's fixed. Kudos to you all at Cryptic.

I am running the pre-release version of IE 10 and have noticed the following: 1. Cannot even get the page to load 2. When I run in compatibility mode the page loads but does not let me login. I put in my username and password but it does complete the login process.

Did you notice where this was placed? Reminds me of when I needed to feed my dog and I sandwiched a pill between 2 hamburger patties. :D

Are we ever going to see PVP have any real consequences? I would love to play a mission where my fleet mates and I go and attack a Klingon Starbase or a Klingon fleet attacks our fleet and we have to defend it. What I would love to see is for PVP to be connected closer to the game play we experience every day.

The reason btw that you still see the little "C's" is because you have not cleared out the temp files in your browser. Clean it out and you will see that all the c's will turn to z's.

That is an easy one...They are for giving players something to do and strive for. Fleet members can work together toward a common goal and in turn create a more social atmosphere. I would rather hang out in a starbase that I helped create and customize then in one that I did not. Also as you earn fleet credits you can…

The one feature I would love to get back would be the ability to use Vivox chat with my fleet. I miss that so much!! It was so much fun to login and instantaneously start chatting with my fleet mates.

Stop using a 2400 baud modem to play STO. :biggrin: I think it took me 30 seconds to download that patch. :cool:
