No responce to server

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
everytime I have played on 29Aug2015, I got "No responce to server" in game play. What is going on with STO? And why is the server not responding at most times now?

    Same thing here in Redmond WA. Can't even hit the ENGAGE button to get into the game. What is up?

    Same in Florida. Im running 30/mbps up and down and im lagging out for over two minutes each time I try to battle anything, ground or space. If I was a new user I'd already uninstall and never play this game again. What the hell is going on?

    Also, every time I lag out and try to use my password to go back online, it says it's invalid. I have to close out the entire program and relog. Though, I just did that again and I lagged out before I could even get back to my ship. SERIOUSLY considering never playing again. And I'm one of the people who bought a lifetime sub when this game launched. This is really bad guys.

    Also in Florida, and can't get anything done. It's unreal just how bad the server response has been!

    I'm timing out with login server 2. Some people have had luck going through the European proxy.

    ^^can someone explain to me (like a 2 year old) how to log into the EU server, please?

    Open the launcher. It might take a while. Then in "Options" in the upper right, scroll down to find drop-down menus for Patching proxy and Gameplay proxy. Change both of these to EU, hit save. Restart the launcher and proceed as normal. Depending on your network routing to Europe, this might help or it might not, but I've had pretty good luck with it.​​
