If the BO promotion thing is DOA, then why does STOwiki keep it on the future content under the next season listing? It should be bumped down to the bottom or deleted all together. It really depends on if LTS are still selling or not. If LTSs aren't selling at all, then what is the difference between selling none and putting it in a lock box? They could always stick an LTS in an lock box as a prize but there's been a lot of grief over that too. Actually, once you can promote your Liberated Borg Boff to a captain it makes the lifetime benefit moot. STO would be better off selling something they can get money for now when that benefit will become free later.

Honestly, they should just have the LTS as a lock box prize with some ridicious odds like 500:1instead of putting it on sale. They would make more money that way through key sales.
