As far as I know, you can continue playing it the normal way to unlocck the rest of rewards. At the same time you can create a new one to start from scratch

I fully agree with you on that. Romulans have been underappreciated too long enough, even to the degree of being forced to join feds or klingons to continue their existence in the game. I would like to see more Romulan ships and content unlinked to Federation or Klingon ones

They removed the banner from the support web page. Would that mean that they fixed their problem or that they just gave up and stopped investigating it, letting us high and dry because the issue still persists

Completely agree. I bought a Verne ship not long ago and I like it but got dissapointed to see it had no molecular deconstruction. I guess I'm lucky :smile:
