Theres nothing quite as fun as sucking a load of ships togethor with GWIII, then dropping a torp spread grav torp on them all. Usually get a LOT of extra rifts pop up :D

I had my toon at the right level to equip, but I had crafted an Ultra Rare, and it wouldn't let me equip until the next level mark. It was still a Mk12, I just assumed as it was UR it meant I couldn't use it for another 5 levels.

Nimble is a huge point in favour, I currently run 2x Pol DBBs and a grav torp, and rear is 2 Pol Beam arrays and KCB (until I can get an omni beam). I'd prefer to keep my weapon loadout, so the more nimble the better.

If you let people pick the mods, all you will get are the same mods on every weapon. The "good" mods will become worthless on the exchange, and most of them will never even get used. Random is good. Honestly didn't know that. I assumed all fleet ships in end game cost 4 (or 1) FSM's. That said, I did drop 20 on Zen for a pathfinder, I ain't doing much else gaming wise this month and its pwetty. Just got to grind the DIL for the last 60 zen now.

Up to level 50, I don't think its a problem. 50 onwards, well, it might just be me, but I'm getting tired of using a level 40 ship for level 55 missions - that said, its not impossible. Its on purpose so they make more money. Its called business. Sell you nearly everything you need, but not the last little drop, so you have to buy twice as much. Means that to get a costume, you either buy $10 of Zen for it, or you buy $5, and dil-grind the last 50 needed.

My Delta was using crafted AP as its teh bestest, and then after reading a 15 page thread on energy types switched to polaron. As a sci-drainer, I'm finding I perform so much better with polaron, my DPS seems higher and I seem to get through ships easier. Might just be persepctive, but I think I'm gonna stick with polaron…

I bought an Arkif, and got it to FT5-U, and I love it. So much fun to fly. Its not as uber as a T6, but its all I fly on my Rommie.

I'm really looking forward to delta recruit. I won't be abandoning my main, but I've been itching to do a fed alt for about a month now, and held off waiting for the event. I've even got about 1200 Zen ready to drop on the alt on day one (cosmetics, I'm a sucker for them). So yeah, I can't wait for it to start.

Only ship I've bought so far for my Rommie was the Arkif tactical carrier refit. Wanted a carrier, but one I could fight with and not just spam beams (and was Romulan). It dies a lot, but that might be my build, but its fun to fly :)
