Yeah, I pretty quickly removed it from my ship, which is too bad cause I'd like for it to be a bit more effective, maybe lower the cooldown, or redesign it as an actual weapon perhaps.

Is the exchange the only way for a Rom capt to get TS3 for one of their Boffs? I got the JH one but he can't train Rom Boffs apparantly, so I'm guessing you have to try and find a Rom Boff on the exchange with it, though I haven't found one yet. Wish I had of seen this thread before I decided to renew my sub after letting it lapse a few days ago. Same deal as others, activated 1 month sub earlier, now shows as Inactive and ending on June 30th. Oh well, guess will put in a ticket and perhaps hear something back by next week. :(

Seems the trick posted above to get around the training problem doesn't work on KDF side, I have 2 KDF tac officers and tried to use the JH to train one of my Roms in Torp Spread 3, was no go. Guessing it only works on Fed side. :( Pretty annoying as I only started playing when LoR released and ended up switching Tovens…

Yeah this is annoying to me mainly for the Torp Spread 3 ability on the JH BoFF, I only started game with LoR and changed Tovens skills around without realizing til later that no way I could get Spread 3 back. :(

Hello, just wanted to say I am putting in an application with you guys, finally getting properly into STO after tryin it for a few days a couple years ago. The Romulan stuff got me super interested and have been tinkering around with a Federation character to get my feet wet. :)
