• Secondary note. When talking to colonists, the colonist in the medical bay will repeat talk, meaning you can complete all "Talk to colonists" requirements by repeatedly speaking to just one person. I haven't seen this pop up from any other colonists so far. Once spoken to, the rest quit talking.

• Put this in here since it's also ship customization.... The starter romulan ship has 0 window options. Usually it has whatever the default single option is.. this one lists nothing. Looks rather incongruent with the combo box being there and having it blank.
