Ship Costumization Bug

So I decided to start my Federation Captain over again (Got wiped with the others). I went to customize my Miranda, and was prompted that some of my customizations require a Z-store purchase of the exeter class.

One, I was not aware you could use exeter pieces with the Miranda. Second, Nothing I did would require a z-store purchase, as all I did was specify the Miranda hull template, change the material to "Material 2" and switched the hull color to white (or as close as I could get).

    I got the same on my B'rel before... 2 out of the 3 times I tried to edit it.

    Neither can use the parts, so it seems to be random.

    Put this in here since it's also ship customization.... The starter romulan ship has 0 window options. Usually it has whatever the default single option is.. this one lists nothing. Looks rather incongruent with the combo box being there and having it blank.
