So, as a romulan entering in my teens in level range, I decided to celebrate by outfitting the non-klingon members of my squads with the wide-beam plasma rifles out of the flotilla, and myself with the piercing beam model for single-target attacks (All rank III.) Oddly, though, they don't have a model, or animations attached to them. Hilarious as it may be, I don't think Romulans or Remans have the power to kill people with stern looks, so I'm pretty sure it's a glitch.

    It seems to be unique to the new rifles. The new pistols and all rifles currently in Holodeck seem to work fine.

    I was able to duplicate this. Pretty fun but I have to concur, missing models... or rather skin for model?
