I just got one of these as well. I fired most of the seeker torpedoes that killed the capital ship and got a nice AFK penalty for my efforts.

I'm confused about the access point for the battlezone. Intuitively I ventured to the Gon'cra Nebula to look for the battlezone, thinking it to be similar to the Badlands in terms of access point. I had to ask around and it took me a while to realize it was in the Gon'cra system. Anyway to label this clearly for players?

When I changed instances I spawned right into the moon and got stuck. I had to exit the system.

I don't hate the design per se... It just looks like a kitbash between a Klingon and Federation ship. If they downsized the secondary hull it might look better. The proportions seem off.

If I may offer some feedback to the devs, I think you should seriously consider rewarding at least ONE borg neural processor/isomorphic injection/ancient power cell/etc on normal level queues. F2P is unsustainable?! This game released an expansion with another along the way. They have enough team members now to go back and fix all the crappy stuff about the game. P2P for this game and this thread wouldn't even exist, because the game would be dead.

I'm a big Star Trek fan (obviously) and until f2p I had never even heard of STO. Overall I like the game, but from reading the forum posts and beta tester comments this game was going nowhere and most likely wouldn't even exist today if it had stayed P2p.

Maybe its my naievette being that this is the first and only pure mmo I've ever played... but I run arc instead of steam for the simple fact that when I downloaded steam my computer went haywire and got noticeably slower. Ive had no such issue with arc. To the OP, here's at least one non steam sto player.
