First off, It isn't accurate to call any of those destroyers, they're escorts.
Secondly, this belongs in the Federation Shipyard section.
And lastly, so that I can help you, what is your play-style? What do you plan on using the ship for? PvE? PvP?

1. Multi Vector Destroyer
2. Tactical Escort Refit class
3. Armitage Destroyer
I have bought these 3 but witch one is the best to build up ?
Just like to know your opinion on it if you please...
Not to be rude, but it's usually better to ask yourself this question *before* you buy the ships.
They're all Escort types. And no one has really defined what a 'Destroyer' really is, so far (although we have a dev on record saying, 'No, a Destroyer is not an Escort'). And one is a Heavy Escort Carrier.
Anyhow, without knowing what your profession is, and what sort of game-style you prefer, impossible to answer your question is.
It is hard to beat zipping around in a Beta Vector dropping Grav Well on things. A Beta really moves. Likely the best ship for putting something other than turrets on your rear (Tho she can do the job of a full on front DPS escort exceedingly well, too) Her mobility allows for precision placement of mines, as well as tricks like launching a rear torp at the end of an attack run, then turning on a dime to drop a BO from your front DBB and finishing up with 3 DHC (getting your torp for "free," or more precisely the minimal cost of a turret.)
It is hard to pass on a ship that has the full power of a 5 tac console escort, mobility that makes BoP pilots jealous, and that pretty purple Gravity Well to boot...
I once again match my character. Behold the power of PINK!
The Tactical Escort Retrofit is my preferred ship.
Loadout:
Front: 3 DHC, 1 DBB
Aft: 1 Turret, 1 Borg Cutting Beam, 1 Dyson Beam thingy
Assimilated Engines, Assimilated Deflector for the hull heal, and the rest as you see fit (ideally with a look towards optimized selection of set bonuses)
Tactical Team x2, Beam Overload III, Cannon Rapid Fire II, Cannon Scatter Volley I, Attack Pattern Omega III, Beam Fire At Will I*
Emergency Power to Weapons , Emergency Power to Shields
Transfer Shield Strength, Hazard Emitters
*) That' the only weakness - Whatever you slot in the 3rd tactical ensign slot, it's mostly irrelevant, and you'd better off with an engineering or science power.

That is not rude meimetoo, it is common sense. Pointing out that someone should have considered what they are spending money on, before spending the money - it's a public service, he should be paying you a consulting fee
As for the ships, kimmym makes some very good points, the MVAM is a fantastic ship. I have a Tac and a Sci captain that use it.

I will try to re ask the question,
First off I'm a ships dude so no matter what ship they bring out, I love it I will buy it.
That said then to my question, I'm a tactical an escort lover, I like them because their fast and can be quite deadly. if you set them up right.
1. Multi Vector Destroyer
2. Tactical Escort Refit class
3. Armitage Destroyer
1. The Multi Vector Escort as you guys hammering on, Just like him in action, multi vector assault mode I believe it is called. The ship is a bit slower then the Tactical Escort and weaker I do believe. So is it good in STF mode ?
2. For myself I like the Defiant, San Paulo class, their fast and in other game they can cloak in battle, decloak and bring down the hell on a target in STO that's not the case it doesn't have a battle cloak.
3. The Armitage, Newest bad TRIBBLE within star fleet but is it worth setting this baby up, because the special torpedo launcher isn't what they expected, So what else is good enough on this baby that's worth setting up ?
They are all refits and tactical is fleet version, so I hope you can tell me what is good to have and whats not even worth spending money on equipping ....

If you are running a DBB up front, you might want to look into a Target Sub System ability for your ensign slot. I find that I often get better returns using a rank 1 TSS rather than a rank 1 BO, due to the power drain on the BO.
Most times, it becomes 6 of one, half dozen of the other, but it is an option that is often overlooked.
Never tried the faw1 option on an escort... might be nice for spam clearing? I always used a second BO or a TSS, if I have decided on a DBB instead of a torp.
I once again match my character. Behold the power of PINK!
I have both the defiant and the armitage. Love them both. Got the defiant first and really like its maneuverability. Didn't use the cloak past the first week. I now have fleet versions of both.. Defiant kills with that 5th tac console slot. That said... For the past 9 months or so I've been flying the fleet armitage almost exclusively. Love the elite scorpion pets and it's much more tanky. If you want a tac ship that does science, go with Mvae.... Or better yet, do what I do and roll a Rommie with a tvaro warbird... It has a lt cmdr universal slot. Flys like a defiant and has more options for play style.

Could you spell out,
TSS and DBB please ?

TSS - In that context I meant Target Sub Systems. Most of the time people use it for Transfer shield strength but it is a context sensitive acronym, and is often used to represent Target Sub Systems.
DBB - Dual Beam Bank

1. 3-2-1 sciencey, grav well 3
2. 3-3-1 cloak,
3. 3-2-1 tanky, pets
all fleet above
^^
4. Andorian escort, 3-3-2 possible-2 option, 5 forward weapon slots, been known to be squishy.
really depends on your play style.
obscene gesture, vulcan neck pinch, claps, cheers
You can't use Grav well 3 in an MVAE, it only has a lt. Cmdr sci. that's grav well 1.
He isn't asking for fleet variations, and if he was he'd ask about the fleet advanced.
They are all pretty much the same, so any build (equipment wise) you use on one will work on the others.
