And now another item has been put in my library. Looks like PW doesn't want me to use arc any more. Untill I can remove/block unwanted library items, I'll stop using arc. As an aside, how the dickens do I find my past posts?

If you read the sequence of posts, you would see that cross posting in this situation isn't possible. I'll cut down the snark. I assume you will repeat the info I've already repeatedly given that gets ignored? You don't seem to be so quick to tell people to read what is right there in black and white.

See, now this is what makes me snarky. You post this after I posted: What part of that post was not clear that I could not access the forum you linked? I appreciate you are trying to help, but for gods sake, read what is written, not what you think/want to be written.

Should still be there. I logged in a week ago for the 1st time since before 2016. My toons were still there.

3rd character with this issue. 2/3 are vanilla fed.

You mean the one where I'm the last post? posted there right after making this thread. Apparently this problem was supposedly fixed a year ago. Customer service offered no solutions other than 'talk to the forum'. So here I am.
