Support told me to post 'in the forums', so here I am.
Some months ago, several PW games appeared in my arc library, unwanted and unrequested. I've never (to my knowledge), played or even installed them. I can find no way to remove them, and support told me they cannot remove them. So as per support suggestion, I'm posting here to get a devs attention about how to remove them.
Are they actually installed on your computer or there because ARC recommends them. I have Neverwinter, Champions, Torchlight I and II Forsaken all in my supposed library none of which are installed on my pc so I ignore them

If they're F2P games... its possible if you were looking at them that you accidentially clicked a button to add them to your library. As I don't use ARC for anything other than promo code entry... Not sure about removing games from the ARC library.
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

Per the link above, just go to your Arc library and right click whatever game you'd like to uninstall.
Aside from Star Trek Online, the other games that appear in my library for whatever reason are shown even though they're not installed and can't be right clicked. Could this be what you're seeing?

Reading comprehension not your strong point, I assume?
I'd assumed you might have downloaded something by mistake and may have wanted to uninstall it. Now I get that it's simply the fact that they appear in your library (per my pic) that bugs you. For what it's worth I'd agree that only games you've downloaded should appear in "your library". Best of luck getting the assistance you need.

No need to get snarky with people trying to assist you. You came to the forum looking for assistance, and you got that based on your post and you were assisted to the best of peoples knowledge on what you posted. Yes it's an annoyance that games that are NOT downloaded appear in the library. I suggest you make the recommendation to alter that.

If the responses were based on my posts, then they would not be mentioning uninstalling games that I had already said twice that I had not installed them, hmmmm?
The attempted help is appreciated, and I thank people for their efforts. What is not appreciated is having to repeat myself multiple times because people cannot seem to comprehend basic English!
Thank you for the link, I will try there.
Edit: It seems I cannot access that forum. The page loads with the page header (forums, guides, media etc), but the body of the page is plain grey. Clicking the forums main menu only has forums for the various games, nothing for Arc general discussion.

What part of that post was not clear that I could not access the forum you linked? I appreciate you are trying to help, but for gods sake, read what is written, not what you think/want to be written.

Have you considered that he was in the process of posting that link while you were in the process of editing? Therefor he would NOT have seen that until AFTER the page refreshed and he had already posted.
Everyone here is trying to help, and sometimes its easy to miss a word here or there on a forum. It happens. Could you tone down the snark a bit because it could be taken the wrong way because intent doesn't always translate via text alone, and someone might report you for flaming even though you're trying to get help.

If you read the sequence of posts, you would see that cross posting in this situation isn't possible.
I'll cut down the snark. I assume you will repeat the info I've already repeatedly given that gets ignored? You don't seem to be so quick to tell people to read what is right there in black and white.

No. I've already mentioned that I don't have the experience with ARC, and just theorized that those are F2P games that are being shown in your library. For all I know they could have been shown because they're similar to games you DO play through ARC.
Is there an option to remove a game from your ARC library? I don't know. Maybe. Could be as simple as right click, remove from library. I don't know.
But in all honesty... its not taking up space. Its not like they're being secretly installed behind your back. They're just... there. On the shelf as it were. I know I've got a TON of games, both payed for and free (mostly giveaways because free is free), on my Steam. Do I have all of them installed? Nope. But they are there. Even a couple defunct games that are no longer active and playable. Maybe there's a way to organize your libarary like on Steam, where you can make a folder for the games you play regularly and those you don't. In which case... just make a folder and move the ones you don't want to see into that and minimize it so it doesn't show the contents and all you see is what you want to see.
Will this help? Maybe, maybe not. It all depends on how you can organize your library in ARC.

I do also have some games listed in my ARC library that I know I don't have installed - but given that two of them are games directly owned and produced by Perfect World, who also owns the platform, that's probably WHY they're listed there.
The third, however, I can't figure out - that one's Torchlight Two, and I don't even OWN that game (Because it has to be purchased), let alone have it installed.

Curiosity is not welcome, it is not to be invited in. Curiosity...is bad. It gets you in trouble, it gets you killed, and more importantly...it makes you poor!"

After reading this post, I checked my Arc client and lo and behold there are games (excluding Star Trek Online since I play it), that have been put in the Library and previously were not there. Maybe they were added in there when they had their Arc maintenance since I never saw them before. In order I will mention the games that show up from the top to the bottom: Neverwinter, Star Trek Online, PWI (Perfect World International, not to be confused with the name of the company Perfect World Entertainment that produced it, this one when you right-click on it shows one option called Properties), Forsaken World, Champions Online, Torchlight II, and the original Torchlight. Fascinatingly, the new game Magic Legends does not appear there which I think it would seeing all the other games that are in there that I have not installed at all. So seven games in total. I checked to see if there is a way to delete those games I have not downloaded from the Library but there exists no option under the Gears icon.

And now another item has been put in my library. Looks like PW doesn't want me to use arc any more. Untill I can remove/block unwanted library items, I'll stop using arc.
As an aside, how the dickens do I find my past posts?
The library on mine has had all of the games listed from the start, I get the feeling that is supposed to be how it works. It doesn't really matter anyway, the ARC installation makes a separate icon on the desktop for each game you have installed, and clicking that one takes you right to the game without having to dink around with the library.
