'First compliment' not giving doffs.

Submitted this ticket yesterday. Was asked to submit a bug report here. Ticket was as follows:

Completed the mission 'First compliment' by talking to the LT at the academy. However I didn't get any duty officers or any pack containing them.

Is there any way I can get my supply of doffs from a GM or somesuch. The character is kind of on hold until I do.

    This has happened for a 2nd time. 2nd character in a week that has been affected by this. I need some doffs!!!!

    You mean the one where I'm the last post? posted there right after making this thread.

    Apparently this problem was supposedly fixed a year ago.

    Customer service offered no solutions other than 'talk to the forum'. So here I am.

    Yeah, usually one's first compliment does not give DOFFs but if it is First Complement that is not giving DOFFs then that is a bug.

    3rd character with this issue. 2/3 are vanilla fed.
