My fed captain is missing traits from the Kelvin Lock Boxes (i.e. Neutral Zone). The only one that is working is Highly Specialized. None of the genetic resequencer traits that I unlocked are showing up.

I appreciate all the work, but when you list only 3 known issues remaining, I say that is baloney. Please actually have a place where we can go to find all known issues. I think I got it figured out. Just like regular space and ground ability training you can do it under Skills > Crew Stations. I was thinking these specialization abilities unlocked additional abilities but it turns out they are just replacement abilities so each BOFF gets 4 ground skills (tier 1-4) and space skills are…

Thank you all for your helpful responses. I will have to wait for the devs to get captain training working. I am excited to get DEM3 to my engineering BOFF. :)
