Quantum Phase Weapon Accuracy?

Hi All:
Regarding the Quantum Phase Catalyst set from the Sunrise mission.
I have both the Quantum Phase Converter Console and a Quantum Phase Beam Array.
The set 2 power is described as -
Set 2: Phase Transfer Optimizations
+15% Accuracy
Doubles potency of Quantum Phase Weapons shield drain
Doubles potency of Quantum Phase High-Yield Torpedo shield heal
My question: Does the +15% accuracy apply to all my beam weapons or just the quantum beam array?

Everything. Equipping/removing a piece makes visible changes in your ship stats page, and those stats only reflect modifiers to everything.0
