Yes, I have been experiencing this bug every since the 1/24 update. It has happened in missions (e.g., Sunrise) and TFOs (e.g., all the Borg space ones). But it's not only BOFFs. Consoles and weapons have been (seemingly) randomly returning to my inventory. Very annoying.

It's a great suggestion. I had not completed the mission up to this point,, but i just did but it didn't make a difference. I am still unable to access the Nukara reparations system.
